In this unique class, attendees will learn about cooking with beer by using several different cooking methods.

Haley will walk through the recipes and cooking techniques while discussing the different flavor profiles of the types of beers we will be featuring.

We will be discussing cooking techniques as well as the history and importance of these dishes to the people in this area especially during the harsh winter months.

This class will be a tribute to our Ozark communities as the featured recipes come from local towns and some recipes have never been written down before!

We have invited How Sweet is Homemade baker, Ellen Lewis, back into our HKS kitchen to get you cookie ready for Valentine's Day.

Join us in this hands on class to learn how to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing and learn skills to make them look too good to eat.

Classes are held in our on-site kitchen and typically last two to three hours.

She will be discussing Cajun food and seasoning so that you can go back to your kitchen and recreate your own gumbo dish.Any cancellations within two weeks of the event will forfeit the deposit in its entirety.We are excited to announce our fourth installment of the cooking in the Ozark series with Chef Erin Rowe, Winter in the Ozarks.We will be discussing the equipment and the tools you need to be successful in making your own pasta at home.You will then get to press and cook your very own fresh pasta for your meal that evening.
